Lisa Comer, Board Member

Lisa has lived and worked in the Washington DC area for over 20 years. She currently is a senior attorney with the US Environmental Protection Agency (joining EPA in 1991) and before that served as counsel in the litigation office for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in Harrisburg. Lisa holds a masters in environmental policy from the University of Maryland and a JD from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She met her husband, Chris, while matriculating at Franklin and Marshall College, and they have been happily married for 16 years. Their daughter, Ayda, was welcomed to the family 5 years ago. Lisa’s passions include travel and outdoor adventure. She is deeply concerned about animal rights and sustaining natural ecosystems and is committed to making the world a “greener” place. She has been on the Board for Artists for World Peace since its creation and has served in capacity as both Vice President and Secretary.
